STUDENT APARTMENTS 500 Primero Grv # 101 • Davis, CA 95616 • (530) 754-8455 OCTOBER 2014 WELCOME!!!! Maintenance Tip of the Month Pick Pears Early fall is peak season for pears. The juicy fruit is a great source of vitamin C and fiber. Cooking brings out their flavor. Kitchen Tip To get more juice out of lemons and limes, microwave them for 15 seconds before cutting. Lost and Found If you lose something around the property, please make sure to check with the Lost and Found at the Primero Grove Leasing Office. Thanks! Report any leaks you spot in the kitchen or bathroom without delay to the office to avoid a flood or damage to your apartment or your neighbors’ apt. Our maintenance team works around the clock for you. Patio Bird Wires Patio bird wires aren’t for hanging laundry! In an attempt to detour the pigeon population, we installed wire bird lines on the patio railings of the 2nd and 3rd floors. These are not to be disturbed and you may not put anything on the railings as they will break. Towels or other items shall not be hung from balconies or patios. Wires that are broken due to misuse of your patio will be billed back to the resident for repairs. Think Ahead October is the perfect time to score some great deals. Pick up next summer’s wardrobe at deep discounts, or purchase a vacation for less.
