Organizer: Everybody Loves Events in collaboration with local folk dance ensemble
Evia is the second-largest Greek island. The stunning landscape and scenery, fusing both the
dominating mountains and the blue crystal waters of the Aegean Sea and the Evoikos Gulf, Evia is a
treat for both the heart and mind. It is a place where you can enjoy, it is a place where one cannot
help but to unwind and relax.
PROGRAM
1. Day
Arrival at the accommodation unit. Meeting the leaders of the groups. Dinner. Optional
evening out. Overnight.
2. Day
Breakfast. Press conference. Optional Sightseeing Tour to Skiathos, known for its beautiful
beaches with over 60 of them along the the 45 km coastline. Return to Edipsos. Dinner. Opening
of the festival. Performance of the groups. Optional evening out. Overnight.
3. Day
Breakfast. Optional Sightseeing Tour to Lihada, a picturesque village called ‘Greek Seychelles' -with
a lovely beach where you can enjoy the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea. Return to Edipsos.
Dinner. Final evening of the festival. Optional evening out. Overnight.
4. Day
Breakfast. Optional Sightseeing Tour to Athens, the capital and largest city of Greece.
Return to Edipsos. Optional evening out. Overnight.
5. Day
Breakfast. Optional Sightseeing Tour to Delphi, an archaeological site and a modern town
in Greece. Return to Edipsos. Optional evening out. Overnight.
6. Day
Breakfast. Leaving of the groups. End of service.

SUPPLEMENTS:
For Extra Day 25€ per person per day; for single room +50% of the package price per day; for double room 5 €
per person per day;
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL:
The number of participants and followers is not limited; there is no age limit; it is necessary to prepare two
different programs max 12 minutes per program. It is needed to bring country’s flag and a performance at the
venue. It is also necessary to visibly display panel (provided by organizers) which is inscribed with the name of
your group and the name of your country. You need to send us 5-6 photos and some ‘Youtube’ video from
your group. You can perform with orchestra (recommended) or CD track. Company Everybody Loves Events
Ltd reserves the right to change some of the general requirements. For New changes and about all of the
above we will notify you within 24 hours. If you decide to participate in the said event, you need to fill in an
application form. After that we will send you an official letter of invitation to participate in the festival. When you
receive Official Invitation Letter, to confirm your reservation you need to pay 30% of total amount. The rest you
can pay in several monthly installments, but before coming in the festival.
