The Judge has the right to disqualify an entry that does not conform to the
Schedule
The Judges word is final
Dolls and clothing must be exhibitor’s own work. Manufactured boots or shoes
permitted.
Doll will be inspected before judging to ensure that they are incised with the doll
maker’s signature on the back of the head. Masking tape will be placed over the
signature AFTER the inspection but BEFORE judging.
Exhibitors MUST supply an appropriate stand for the exhibit.
Entry will be refused to a doll that cannot stand safely in the display case.
Dolls cannot be displayed with large accessories such as high chairs or cribs etc.
Please keep babies pillows to a reasonable size.
The Steward reserves the right to refuse accessory items that are considered too
large or unsuitable for display,
Doll must not exceed 76cm in height.
Teachers are restricted to class 3.
Every care will be taken to ensure the dolls safety whilst on display, but
competitors enter their dolls at their own risk.
LITHGOW SHOW SOCIETY INC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR
DAMAGE HOWEVER CAUSED.
Dolls are to be delivered to and taken from the display by the exhibitor, on the
presentation of the entry card stub.
All entrants must by law sign a public liability waiver or their entry cannot be accepted.
