Aromas of ripe comice pear, melon, meyer lemon and brioche coalesce with notes of roasted hazelnut,

J. Lohr Seven Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon is red-purple in color with a bright hue at release. Fruit aromas
are black cherry, plum and blueberry accented with a barrel bouquet of toasted pastry, dark caramel and
vanilla. Sturdy tannins strike the palate and finish with the high-toned fruit signature typical of the Paso
Robles appellation. Pair with braised short ribs, a rich beef tenderloin with Gorgonzola butter or spicy fajitas.
Red fruit aromas of plum and pomegranate are integrated with a barrel signature of dark chocolate and
baking spice. Whole berry fermentation with a generous use of Malbec as a blender accentuates the
brighter fruit tones of Merlot and leaves ripe, soft tannins on the palate. An excellent pairing for cheese
tortellini or herb-roasted chicken.

A perfect balance between vibrant dark fruit character and bright acidity. Notes of vanilla from aging in
French and American oak add complexity to the intense black cherry aromas and flavors. Serve this one

This California Chardonnay is made in what we call a ‘cocktail’ style of Chardonnay. The stainless-steel
fermentation keeps the fruit bright at the forefront and the small amount of barrel fermentation gives the
wine just enough texture to add some richness. When they started making this style of Chardonnay 13
years ago it was simply making a wine to be the perfect after-work cocktail. Look for flavors and aromas
of peach, spiced pear, red apples, and just a bit of pineapple. Pairs well with grilled fish or calamari is a
winning combo, although sometimes all you need is a comfy chair and some Goode conversation.
In Liar’s Dice Zinfandel, they’ve created a most passionate wine — one that’s so luscious and juicy, it’ll
leave you wanting more. The 2011 vintage is a combination of both Dry Creek and Alexander Valley fruit.
The Alexander Valley fruit imparts rich flavors of black cherry and blackberry jam. The Dry Creek grapes
contribute black raspberry and currants. Soft, round tannins perfectly balance the sweetness of the fruit.
The dark cherry notes from the Merlot meld with the blackberry and thyme notes from the Cabernet
Sauvignon to produce an intensely aromatic wine. The Petit Verdot adds richness, depth and notes of anise.
Barrel aging in French oak lends vanilla bean and cedar spice, while rounding out the generous tannins
and lengthening the finish. All In Claret is a wine that is substantial enough to stand up to full-bodied food
preparations. Enjoy this wine with roast rack of lamb, grilled steak, or barbecued ribs.
