Among others, his article on “Tax Implications In Disposing Shares In A Real Property Company” has been published in the Current Law Journal [1998] 3 CLJ Supp. Currently he is a partner in the legal firm name Messrs Gaanesh & Co, and his area of practice consist of revenue law, company law and Sabah Land Law, among others. Before practising as a lawyer, he practised as a public accountant for about 15 years where he specialised in the field of corporate and revenue law. He has been handling various corporate and tax-related cases and also providing advice to others on tax and corporate issues, among others, on setting aside of meetings, dispute involving shareholders and directors of private limited companies.
