Lakeshore School Division requires the services of a term part-time Secretary at Ashern
Central School commencing as soon as possible until June 30, 2015.
Under the direction and supervision of the
Principal, the school secretary shall be responsible for the secretarial and clerical duties
required to conduct the effective and efficient
operation between the school and the administration office. Computer and keyboarding
skills are essential. The candidate must also
be willing and able to learn and use other technologies / programs, such as the school administration software (PowerSchool), an
automated phone and email messaging system (School Connects) and Bellamy accounting software.
Must have:
• Grade 12 (Post-Secondary Education
would be an asset)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in office and computer usage,
particularly MS Office – Word, Excel,
Access, Publisher
• Typing speed of 50 wpm

The worst month of winter is finished. Now we can start looking forward to spring.
Have you checked the seed catalogs yet? There is still snow on the ground and
the weather has not really warmed up yet, but we have longer daylight now. The
time keeps ticking and the seasons keep changing. There is no way that we can
alter or change anything, because God made it just the way He wanted it. After
He finished creating “the signs to mark seasons and days and years........God saw
that it was good” Genesis 1:14-18. Maybe we get a bit more snow in Manitoba
than in B.C., but in B.C. we would be blessed with more rain and spring might
start a bit sooner there than here.

Alf Cuthbert School, Moosehorn, MB commencing as soon as possible.
Responsibilities include:
Under the direction of the Principal and/or
Maintenance Supervisor, the Head Custodian
shall be responsible for performing regular
cleaning and maintenance of the school building, property and furnishings, supervision of
cleaning staff, monitoring and repair of building
systems, responding to alarms and performing
periodic inspections on the entire facility and
grounds.
