Monday, 16th February, at 2.00pm. Elaine will be received into church on Thursday, 26th February at 6.00pm; her Requiem
Mass will take place on Friday, 27th February at 10.00am. Our thoughts, prayers and sympathy go out to all the families at

FIRST HOLY COMMUNION AND CONFIRMATION
for Children in Non Catholic Schools
If you have a child/ren at the age to receive these
sacraments (Year 3 for Holy Communion and Year 6 for
Confirmation), please fill in the form at the back of church
as soon as possible and hand it to Fr Linh or Fr Bob.
Saturday, 14th February for those who have filled in forms
Next Saturday at 10.30am will be our first meeting for
both parents and children in the church. After that the
candidates for both sacraments will have lessons every
Saturday morning at 9.00am in the church.

The Birmingham Lourdes Hospitalite have raised funds to
help support people who are sick or have disabilities and
wish to travel on the Birmingham Lourdes Diocesan
Pilgrimage in May 2015. If you know of any parish member
who may benefit from a grant of up to £350.00 towards the
pilgrimage fee, please contact Fr Bob before 15th February.

THE CATENIAN ROSARY GROUP - APPEAL
Since 2009 the group have been sending Rosaries to
Aboriginals in Australia and to Missions in the 3rd World
Countries of Africa. The work has now spread to islands in
the Pacific. To date we estimate to have dispatched 135,000
Rosaries but many more are needed. In our experience,
Catholics have unused Rosaries hidden away in cupboards
and drawers. Could you help this appeal by hunting for
Rosaries in your home and among family and friends.
