Just follow the signs. Equipment should be brought in at the pool entrance. We will not be videoing the groups, but we will provide an area from which a representative of your group my video. Please remind your parents that they may only video your guard. Please submit your Spiel Sheet when you check in, if we don’t receive one we will not be able to do an announcement. They can be found on the Mid-York Color Guard Circuit website. ONLY guard members, staff and chaperones listed on the sign-in sheet will be allowed in the homeroom area. Please leave your room the way that you found it and do not leave valuables in the room unattended. PLEASE GO OVER THIS DETAIL WITH YOUR PARENTS SO WE DO NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. Sound checks may be done either before the show or during intermission. The cafeteria will be open in the afternoon and will remain open throughout the show. The Post-contest meeting will be held in the library immediately following the show. There will be signs. Retreat will be captains only. EMT’s will be on call throughout the entire show. Smoking is NOT permitted ANYWHERE on school grounds. Judges will be provided by the New York State Federation of Contest Judges. Body Warm up will be held in Cafeteria B. There will be only 1 guard at a time in the warm-up area. Equipment warm-up will be located in our auditorium.
