Who should attend?
This Master Class is suitable for senior or experienced leaders who take
responsibility for the strategic direction-setting of the organisation or business
unit, and specialists who advise on the future strategy of the organisation or
business unit. Participants should be ready to be enthused with fresh ideas
and best practices regarding strategic management.
What does the master class cover?
• Thinking systemically about business models: How to progress from
analytical static paradigms of thought regarding business models to more
fluid systemic and flexible thought paradigms – the evolution of business
modelling and implementation
• Paradigm shifts in managing complexity: How to become better at
managing amid a changing environment, and how to using flexible
business modelling mastery as a competitive advantage
• Business modelling: How to design flexible business models based on
scenario-planning
• Aspects of flexible business model design: The content, structure and
governance of flexible business models
The content will be presented through a combination of best practice
illustrations in the form of case studies and facilitated dialogues. The
learning experience will be grounded on strategy theory.

development only. There will be no
assignment to complete.
Admission requirements

tertiary
qualifications
are required. Participants should be
competent in the English language,
with sufficient ability to write, read and
comprehend learning material, as well as
to follow and participate in discussions on
management issues.
