PARTNERS IN EDUCATION 2015 ANNUAL MEETING GENERAL INFORMATION
REGISTRATION DESK
The Registration Desk hours are as follows:
Tuesday, February 3: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Wednesday, February 4: 7:30AM - 7:00PM
Thursday, February 5: 7:30AM - 4:00PM
Friday, February 6: 7:30AM - 8:00PM
Saturday, February 7: 7:30AM - 2:30PM
LOUNGE
The Lounge is a place where participants can network, gather resources, charge electronic devices, be creative, and
relax throughout the Annual Meeting. It is located in Salons 1 and 2. The Resource Tables and Bulletin Board are
located in the Lounge. The Lounge is open during Registration Desk hours.
RESOURCE TABLES
Participants may place brochures and other materials they wish to share on the Resource Tables in the Lounge. The
tables will be available through 2:30PM on Saturday afternoon. Unclaimed resources will be recycled at the close of
the Annual Meeting.
CONCURRENT SESSION TICKETS
Tickets are required for Concurrent Sessions on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Participants will find tickets for the
sessions they registered for attached to their personal agenda located in their registration folder. Participants may
switch sessions with others by exchanging tickets on the Bulletin Board in the Lounge.
NAVIGATING CRYSTAL CITY
Getting to the Metro
A complimentary shuttle runs between the hotel and the Crystal City Metro Station every 20 minutes from 7:00AM to
11:00PM. The station is less than a mile from the hotel. Walking directions can be found in an online map:

Getting to the Airport
A complimentary Marriott shuttle runs between the hotel and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)
every 20 minutes from 5:00AM to 11:00PM.
Dining & Shopping
Dining and shopping options are available along Crystal Drive between 15th and 23rd Streets. An online map of popular

WIRELESS INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS
INTERNET ACCESS
Wireless internet access is available at no charge in all meeting spaces and guest rooms. The code to log in is KCED15.
Connecting in Meeting Spaces
1. Connect to "Renaissance-CONFERENCE."
2. Launch a web browser.
3. A code entry webpage should immediately appear. If not, try visiting google.com; the option to enter the code will appear.
4. Enter the code KCED15 and click submit.
5. A conference welcome page will appear and access to the Internet will be granted.
Connecting in Guest Rooms
1. Connect to "Renaissance Guest."
2. Launch a web browser and select "Connect to Internet" in the upper right hand corner. If nothing appears, try
visiting google.com and a guest room login page will appear.
3. Enter the room number and last name.
4. Choose options for "Premium High Speed" or "High Speed" or "One Day" or "Full Stay" and enter conference code KCED15.
5. If the system asks you to accept charges, please accept. The charges will be deducted upon checking out of the
hotel.
6. Accept terms and conditions, and access to the Internet will be granted.
