Only Project Managers of the concerned Districts will attend the meeting. The project Managers are advised to get the following with them on the date of meeting. 1. Project Wise Physical & Financial Progress report indicating progress for the month of January,, 201 2015,, cumulative progress for the current financial year and cumulative progress from the beginning of the Project. 2. Status of expenditures of Institutional Funds. In addition, DoLR is going to organize a one day programme on IWMP in N New Delhi on 19th February 2015. In this regard, it is requested to bring good and hiresolution photographs, five for each category listed below in a pen drive when you will come in the meeting meeting.. All photos must include the lat-long, lat IWMP batch no, date and location of the photo (description of the photo in terms of name of structure, wo work rk or activity, name of watershed,lock/Tehsil/Taluka, watershed,lock/Teh The photos will be in the following categories: 1. Gram Sabha meetings being conducted 2. IEC activities 3. PRA activity 4. Preparation of DPR - net planning, transect walks, household surveys 5. Photos tos of some WDT members, WCs, WC Secys, SHGs who have done exemplary work 6. CB activities especially in the villages 7. Meetings of WCs, SHGs 8. Works - nala bunds, CD, Boulder checks, contour bunds and trenches, farm ponds (photos photos should be in all categories) 9. Plantations 10. Horticulture 11. Pasture development 12. Livelihood activities 13. Production Systems 14. Convergence activities 15. Hydrological based photos besides 8 above 16. Innovative activities 17. Transparency, inspections, M&E, use of technology. In addition to the above, it is also requested to bring 2-3 minute video clips on any aspect of IWMP and also put the same in the pen drive. Project Managers are advised that if they require some professional photographers for hi-resolution photographs, they will proceed for the same Project Managers are also advised to get other details with them for the date.
