Dear xxx,
An opportunity to give independent feedback to the FCA
I am writing to invite you to contribute to the 2015 Practitioner Panel Survey, an annual
survey conducted among businesses within the financial industry. This important
research provides clear messages to the FCA regarding its approach to conduct
regulation.
This is an opportunity to tell the FCA about your views on regulation. It should only take
ten minutes of your time, and the results will be presented to the FCA Board and
executive.
The results from the 2014 survey continue to influence thinking and direction in the FCA.
A summary of the key results from the 2014 survey is enclosed with this letter.
An important element of this survey is that it collects the views of people running
regulated firms. This is why we are asking that the most senior executive in your
organisation completes this survey. Market research firm TNS BMRB will be contacting
you via e-mail in the next few days with the survey details. If you have any questions,
you can contact Adam Green at TNS BMRB on 0800 015 0302 or call the FCA on 0300
500 0597.
The FCA Practitioner Panel is a statutory body, which I chair, and consists of senior
executives from some of the largest financial services firms. Further details can be found
on our website, www.fs-pp.org.uk.
For further information about the Practitioner Panel Survey, please visit

We will share the headline results of this survey with you in May 2015. Thank you for
your contribution.
Yours sincerely,
Graham Beale
Chairman, FCA Practitioner Panel
