Dreamsicle Jello Shot Recipe:
Things You'll Need:
1 (6 ounce) box of Orange Jell-O gelatin (large box)
2 cups boiling water
1 cup Vanilla Vodka
1/3 cup cold water
2/3 cups orange juice
Mixing Instructions:
Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Pour the package of Jello

1/4 cup Dark Rum

How to Make Jello Shots:
Jello Shot Cups:
A fun way to serve alcohol at a party is with Jello Shots. All
you need is a package of Jello or gelatin, water, alcohol and
a container. It's just like making regular Jello, except alcohol
is added instead of some of the water. You can use any
flavor of Jello and any kind of alcohol for your Jello Shots.
Jello boxes come in 2 sizes, small (3-ounce) box which calls
for a total of 2 cups of liquid and will make 10 2 oz. Jello
Shots. The large Jello box (6-ounce) calls for 4 cups of liquid and makes approximately 20 2 oz. Jello Shots per batch.
Consider making 4-6 Jello Shots per guest. Remember
Jello Shots have as much alcohol as mixed drinks or beer.
Make sure your party guests eat responsibly.

Jello Shots Basic Recipe:
The basic recipe is simple . . . substitute half of the water
called for with alcohol (all of the cold water). A 6 oz. package of Jello (large) calls for 2 cups of boiling water and 2
cups of cold water. The liquor will be substituted for the cold
water. A large amount of alcohol can prevent the Jello from
setting up. Just note that the higher the proof of the alcohol
you choose, the smaller amount your use and the more cold
water you will need to set your shots.
30-50 proof: Use 13-ounces of alcohol and 3-ounces of cold water.
80-100 proof: Use 10-ounces of alcohol and 6-ounces of cold water.
150-200 proof: Use 6-ounces of alcohol and 10-ounces of cold.
Jello Shots Prepartion:
1. Measure water and boil.
2. Pour bowling water into pitcher or bowl.
3. Add Jello, stirring until dissolved - whisk works best.
4. For absolute fool proof shots consider adding one package of unflavored gelatin to the mixture.
5. DO NOT add liquor till jello container has cooled to touch. Liquor
will evaporate if you add while the mixture is too hot.
6. Measure and stir in liquor.
7. Pour into shot cups. You may want to spritz the cup lightly with
cooking spray to make sure the shot slips out easily.
8. Refrigerate. {At least 2 hours, but overnight refrigeration is best)
9. Serve cold.

2 cups boiling water
7/8 cup cold water
1/8 cup fresh-squeezed lime juice
3/4 cup clear Tequila
1/4 cup Triple Sec
Mixing Instructions:
Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Pour the package of Jello
in 2 cups boiling water, stirring for at least 2 minutes, until gelatin is
dissolved. Let cool to the touch and stir in ice-cold water, lime juice,
tequila and triple sec. Pour mixture into shot cups or injectors. Let
shots set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Coconut Rum
Margarita Jello Shot Recipe:
Things You'll Need:
1 (6 ounce) box Cherry Jell-O gelatin (large box)
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
3/4 cup Creme de Cacao
1/4 cup Cherry Vodka
25 maraschino cherries, fresh with stem if possible
7 ounces whipped cream
6 ounces chocolate syrup
Mixing Instructions:
Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Pour the package of Jello
in 2 cups boiling water, stirring for at least 2 minutes, until gelatin is
dissolved. Let cool to the touch and stir in ice-cold water, creme de
cocoa and vodka. Pour mixture into shot cups. Let shots set in the
refrigerator for at least 4 hours. When ready to serve put a small dollop
of whipped cream on top of each shot. Drizzle with about a teaspoon
of chocolate syrup and top with a cherry!
