I agree with the decision to deny the writ application in this instance.
I write separately to raise the question of whether the holding in this Court’s
decision in Shelter Mutual Insurance Company v. Rimkus Consulting Group Inc. of
Louisiana, 13-1977 (La. 7/1/14), 148 So. 3d 871, applies to causes of action in tort.
