Ask a CIANtist Did you know that... ...dual camera detection can speed up your spinning disk confocal imaging? The spinning disk confocal microscopes at CIAN allow for gentle and fast confocal imaging on live samples. But what if your two structures of interest are moving so fast that sequential imaging of the colors leaves you unsure if they are ever at the same place at the same time? You could try working with the dual camera option on our SD3 microscope, which allows for true simultaneous imaging for example of green and red fluorophores with exposure times below 100 msec.
