Intercultural skills I have extensive experience in dealing with intercultural differences as well as I am used to work in international teams. My intercultural skills were shaped by numerous international activities (training courses, seminars, exchange programmes) and different roles I was playing in them (participant, project manager, trainer, and facilitator) as well as by various contacts with people representing different cultures and many travels where I developed my curiosity and learning. The work in the NGO environment leads me to mediate between all interests in the field: of the NGO, of employees who work there, members and target groups, of the partners and of local institutions. Communication skills As a trainer I am used to talk in public, facilitate meetings and events and participate in debates. Leadership I am used to take responsibilities and initiatives in various situations with taking into consideration the importance of good team spirit, mutual understanding and support.
