COMPLETE APPLICATION VISIBILITY AND CONTROL IN EVERY AP
Xirrus delivers holistic application policy control based on Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) technology in every AP. This ensures
predictable application performance even under network load with control of over 1,300 applications at the network edge.
Applications or groups of applications can be prioritized, blocked or throttled directly in each AP.
AUTOMATED PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION
Xirrus optimizes the network performance with automatic RF configuration. Xirrus APs automatically choose the best
available channel, bands and power levels without IT intervention. With device-fingerprinting, Xirrus APs automatically customize connectivity for the best performance based on the capability of each device.
BONJOUR AND GUEST SERVICES
Xirrus High Density APs include Bonjour Director, which enables Apple devices to easily access Apple services from across
the network. Integrated Guest Access Services provide secure access control via self-provisioning or a guest ambassador.
Guests can optionally use social media credentials to login or have passwords sent via SMS or email.
