The FireSafe Council has experienced tremendous growth in recent years and we are happy to be engaging her services to help develop our capacity to deliver on our mission to "Mobilize the people of Santa Clara County to protect their homes, communities and environment from wildfires." Patty has been with our organization since July of 2014, serving part time as our Saratoga Area Manager, and will continue to serve the Saratoga area while also taking on more responsibilities for the FireSafe Council as a whole. She will be overseeing all of our programs, including hazardous fuel reduction activities, planning, and community outreach and education. Her new responsibilities include program management, grants and financial management, and helping us develop new funding sources to support our work. She will be working closely with our Board of Directors and Advisors, our Area Managers, and our many partners and stakeholders in the fire protection community.
