* Arbonne’s Protein Shakes in Vanilla and Chocolate
* Arbonne’s Fiber Powder Why? It supplies you with the fiber
you are probably not getting and it helps you feel fuller
longer.
* A good personal mixer like the Magic Bullet (maybe one for
home & one for work!)
* Cold filtered water and ice
* Dairy-free, gluten-free milks such as rice, almond, hazelnut,
coconut. Choose low sugar/sugar-free (but not with artificial
sweeteners) and organic whenever possible.
* Variety of organic fresh or frozen fruits & veggies
* Organic, sugar-free nut butters
* Organic flax seed meal or oil
* Organic herbs

These recipes are very flexible. As you can see, once you get
going the combinations can be endless and you’ll find the

If you are on the 30 day Fit plan, please watch the extra sugar/

If you have a juicer, you can also juice your veggies & fruit,

ALMOND CRUNCH

“PISTACIO” DREAM
2 scoops of Arbonne protein powder + 1 scoop of Arbonne Fiber
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or rice milk, may add ice and water
1 Tbsp slivered or sliced raw almond
2 scoops Arbonne Vanilla Protein, 1 scoop of Fiber Boost
brew 1 cup of decaf Chai tea chilled, 3 oz. almond milk
2 scoops of Arbonne protein powder + 1 scoop of Arbonne Fiber
1/2 water and 1/2 coconut milk
