HOW TO REGISTER WITH SEC – CONTRACTING SITE If you have any problem in registering with SEC Contracting, please send an email to [email protected]. Step 1: Access to the company's site (https://www.se.com.sa/enus/Pages/home.aspx), and click “More” below the “Business” tab as shown below. 1 Step 2: Click on “Contractors E-Bidding” logo. Step 3: Please click on “Contractor Registration” link as shown below. 2 Step 4: Registration form page. Please note that fields with (*) are required. Registration form consist of 5 categories to fill with. 1 – Company Detail. Please fill all the required fields. 2 – Address Data. Please fill all the required fields and if possible to fill all the information for us to easily identify you in our system. 3. Government Authorized Licences. This is applicable only to SAUDI, JOINT VENTURE and CONSORTIUM type of contractors. 4 - Which Product Categories can you Deliver. It is suggested to tick only check box appropiate with your company services. 5 – Data Privacy Statement. After filling the registration form, please TICK the check box and press the submit button as show on Step 5. 3 Step 5: Data Privacy Statement. Please tick the Check box in order to enable the “Submit” button as shown below. 4 Step 6: And you’re done! You will then receive a Thank You message from the system informing that you have successfully registered to SEC Contracting site. Congratulations! Step 7: What’s next? Our Contracting Information System division will review your registration with us. After reviewing and found that you have indicated valid information in the registration form, we will accept you in our list of Contractor/Vendor. Once accepted you as a Contractor/Vendor to SEC – Contracting, you will automatically receive 2 emails from us. One is your Company and User ID, and the second email would be your Password. Step 8: Email content. Your first and second email will have the following information as shown below. You will be using this information to log on to SEC - Contracting.
