We recommend you carry your own sleeping bag. In case you do not, we will
issue one on a returnable basis. However, do not expect brand new sleeping
bags as these are reissued across programs.

F. INME SAFETY PROTOCOL
All our outdoor learning campuses are child-centric located and designed keeping in
mind student safety and well-being.
Safety First: All decisions for travel and activities are taken with the “Safety First”
principle. At no time will we take a decision that compromises the safety and
well-being of students.
Medical Facilities: Doctor or Paramedic on campus; Tie up with local hospitals;
Instructors trained in wilderness emergency first aid. Medicines and emergency
equipment available at campus. For example Nebulizer, Anti venom, sutures.
Emergencies: 24*7 emergency vehicle available on campus. In case of emergency
information & updates are passed immediately and regularly to all concern
parties (School, Parents and Office).
Adult Supervision: 1:5 Student: Instructor ratio on camp to ensure adequate
supervision.
Medical Information: For each student is taken in advance so that we are fully
aware of even the smallest issue a participant may face on campus (allergies, any
kind of disorder, other medical issues, blood group etc).
Transport: All vehicles used must comply with our strict standards. Alternate
movement and evacuation routes are charted out for each campus

H. Terms & Conditions
1. Program Cancellation Policy: If any student opts out of the Inme OUTCLASS
outbound learning programs, then the following will be the cancellation
procedure & parents are requested to write to the School Coordinator (only the
date of that email will be considered the date of the notice):
a. For a notice of 32+ days from the date of the program, 100% refund of the
program fee (excludes taxes and travel fee component since travel is
booked in bulk in most cases)
b. For a notice of 15-31 days, 50% refund of the program fee (excludes taxes
and travel fee component since travel is booked in bulk in most cases)
c. There will be no refund for a notice of less than 15 days, except for genuine
medical emergencies, as verified and approved by the school. In that case
we will honor and give the 100% refund of the program fee (excludes taxes
and travel fee component since travel is booked in bulk in most cases)
2. Payments & Refunds: Please contact the School Coordinator directly for all
payments & refunds.
3. Student Registration Form: Please note that you need to send us details about
your child using the attached Student Registration and Parent Consent form.
