system. It is a solar heat
pump that combines the
benefits of solar with geo/air
heat pumps without the
weather performance or
capital cost limitations.

$0 Down SunPump Lease
There is a financial conflict between Builders and Owners
when it comes to renewable energy, because Builders
don’t pay fuel bills; and Home Owners want solar
benefits. We help Green Builders put their efforts into
building improvements that produce a positive return.
The $0 down SunPump lease removes the barrier of
upfront capital cost for the builder, and allows the
Owner to save money on utility costs. The 10 year Lease
can be paid off anytime and is transferable to a new purchaser. The Builder can achieve points for Built Green,
LEED, Net Zero, R2000, or Passive House at less cost.
Solar heat at Night?
SunPump is the first Gen.4
solar to work in the dark.
By circulating refrigerant, not
water, the liquid will boil at
-51 C, and transfer heat as
low as -25 C. At night the
performance is comparable
to an Air Heat Pump, and in
the sun is better than Geo.
SunPump as Primary?
Standard solar thermal only
pre-heats ~1/2 the hot water,
while SunPump acts as a
primary system with its own
backup element that provides
up to 100% of the radiant
heating/cooling and hot water
to replace a furnace or boiler.
Is SunPump Reliable?

A great install begins with professional design work. Solaris offers design
services to assist in the correct application sizing. A heat loss/gain calculation should
be completed using HOT2000 or equivalent software, then decisions need to be made
on the heat distribution system, radiant or forced-air? We offer economic feasibility
and technical solar heating expertise from design to commissioning - just ask.
Solaris will fix or replace defective components returned to
our location subject to limitations. Conditional 20 years on
solar panels, 5 years on heat
pump , and 2 years on controller, see warranty for details.
