Feb 27 ‐ Genesis 42 ‐ 47; Fri, Mar 6 ‐ Genesis 48 ‐ 50. We meet at 9:15 AM in
the Harris Hall Conference Room. All women of the parish are invited to
join us and are most welcome to invite a friend. If you have any questions,

Fridays during Lent: March 6th, 13th & 20th at
7:00 PM we will observe Stations of the Cross,
otherwise known as "Way of the Cross"; a
devotion to the Passion of Christ which recalls a
series of events at the end of Jesus' life from his

Passport Dinner THIS SATURDAY: Hosts at the
International Check‐in Terminal are: The Rev. and Mrs. Andrew Sherman and Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Von Oehson. Check‐in is at 6 pm at the Rectory, located
at 245 NE 2nd St, Boca Raton, FL 33432
where passengers will receive information
on their flight destination, as well as the departure time.
Dressy attire is recommended and please remember to bring a wrap
or light jacket, as many dinners will have all or part of the meal
outside.

New Member Class‐ Life in Christ at St. Gregory's
Continuing Sunday, March 1st, Fr. Andrew will
hold the new member class‐ "Life in Christ at St.
Gregory's". The class introduces people to our
Anglican/Episcopal way of following Jesus as
Lord. It also introduces the over 85 ministries of
St. Gregory's. The class meets at 11:45 am.

Interested in a Lenten Pilgrimage?
Come to Lenten Sundays at 9:00 AM for a
"WONDROUS ENCOUNTER: Scripture for Lent" by
Franciscan priest and teacher, Richard Rohr, guided
by our own Fr. Andrew and Fr. Craig! For those
seeking "not so much explanation of Scripture, but
the Encounter itself," this trip is for you!! Fr. Richard's
book will be available in the Office prior to departure, (for those excited to
get started) or in the Conference Room at the initial session. See you there
for a new adventure in the Spirit.

Nehemiah Process event on February 25th‐ working on ways to grow our
Youth Ministry at St. Gregory's! Fr. Andrew's Reading Recommendations for Lent
During the season of Lent there
are two books that Fr. Andrew is
recommending for discussion and
reflection. The first is "Mere
Christianity" by C.S. Lewis, and the
second is "Help, Thanks, Wow" by
Anne LaMott. To read a short

There will be a discussion of these
two books on Sunday, March 22 at 11:45 am. "Walking the Way"
Stewardship results are currently strong three weeks after
Stewardship Sunday, we have received $663,000 in pledges,
towards our goal of $750,000, approximately $100,000 over
what we saw after three weeks last year. We have received
a total of 223 pledges, 27 new pledging units and 196 from
existing pledging units, towards our goal of 300. There are
still 67 families that pledged last year who have not turned
in a pledge card. Even though you received your pledge
envelopes in January and have begun using them you do need to complete
a pledge card that states your commitment for the year. We cannot

prepare a budget if we don't know our committed pledge income. If you
have not filled in a pledge card there are a few ways you can let us know
what you want to do for 2015.
