One of the subjects proceeded to come behind the bar and drink liquor from one of the bottles. Loni has told all three subjects they need to leave; however, they are sitting in a small silver car in the parking lot. Dispo: Units arrived on scene and located a silver Chevrolet Cobalt (OH Reg GJK1738) parked on the south side of the building with two occupants inside. The occupants were identified as Dannial W. Campbell (OLN RN622776) and Alicyn M. Campbell (OLN TR176853). While speaking to the Dannial and Alicyn, there were two open containers of Budweiser Beer in the front center counsel next to Dannial. When asked who's open containers of beer were in the vehicle, Dannial stated they were his. Contact was made with Loni inside of the bar and the third subject identified as Timothy D. Roy (OLN RT069410). Loni advised that she did not want to pursue charges for the theft of the liquor, but did want all parties banned from the bar in future. All were told they were banned from the establishment and released to Sheila J. Roy (OLN RU090606) who was sober. Units responded to the area to assist. Upon units arrival on scene 2 of the 5 alleged subjects that had fled returned back to the vehicle. Sgt. Bruce Lowery assisted the Post unit with the 2 subjects and writer and Deputy Anderson searched the area, where the other 3 subjects were reportedly last seen going to Central Fuel. Writer and Deputy Anderson were assisted by Chris Call an employee of Central Fuel in gaining access to the property. Units checked the area and located footprints in the snow leading into the wooded area Central Fuel property. Units followed the footprints and located 3 juveniles hiding in the woods. All 3 juveniles were hand cuffed and identified as being Dillon Ferguson Age 15, McKenna Clianage Age 14, and Dakota Dye Age 13. All 3 were transported to Union Hospital for treatment for injuries sustained during the accident. Units learned that Dillon and McKenna both have warrants out of Richland County for being runaways who have been missing for a week. All 5 juveniles who were involved in the matter were taken to the Juvenile Attention Center. The Ohio State Highway Patrol is handling all charges pertaining to said case. Kevin was highly intoxicated and was yelling. After speaking with the caller it was learned that Kevin was so intoxicated that he went in the residence and broke the end table when he sat down. Units were trying to get Kevin to go spend the night at his parents. Kevin was told several times that he was to loud and to stop yelling. Kevin continued to yell and then lunged toward Sgt Jones. Rebecca stated that she had received a package at the post office on 02-26-15 for a village resident. Rebecca stated that she had scanned the package in and placed it on the shelf, for the resident to pick up. Rebecca stated that the package contained prescription medication. Rebecca stated that the packaging was all white in color and only had the customers name on same, with a bar code, and nothing on the package was labeled as being medication. Rebecca recalled the package being on the shelf at around 9:00 A.M. this morning. Rebecca claimed that after lunch at around 11:15 A.M. workers from a roofing company had came into the post office, because the building owner had hired the company to hang new ceiling tiles in the building. Mr. Maurer states that each time he answers the phone there is no one on the other end. I (Deputy Watson) responded to the above address to find East Sparta VFD already on scene. After speaking with them briefly I made contact with the caller, Ms. Tracey Hein. Ms. Hein reported that her son, Mr. Nick M. Hein (30) suffers from autism and several other medical conditions. Mr. Hein this evening became loud and starting screaming at his mother. Ms. Hein is also caring for her fourteen (14) month old granddaughter due to a family emergency. Ms. Hein denies any assaults or other acts of violence this evening. I then spoke with Mr. Hein about the events of this evening. Nick reported that his sister (mother of the baby) is having several problems and the stress of her problems lead his mother and him to have an argument. Nick was able to settle down after speaking with myself after some time. Shortly afterward Mrs. Melissa Swofford-Moore and her husband arrived at the home. Mrs. Swofford- Moore and her husband are care givers / health care providers for persons with Autism and work for Stark Co. MRDD Board. Lauren states that she currently lives with her boyfriend, Justin Thornton and his family at 6766 French Hill Rd. Lauren and Justin have a 3-week-old daughter together, and the two are not married. Lauren does not have a vehicle and says that whenever she leaves the residence, Justin and his family do not allow her to take the baby with her. They will not allow Lauren's family to see the baby and she describes them as very controlling. The township worker advised that he was spreading gravel on the road when he wasn't able to make it up the hill so he dumped a pile of gravel on the road and when he came back to clear the pile up and it was gone. The worker noticed that there was a large pile of the gravel at the residence down the road from where he was. R/O spoke with Kevin Beach who lives at 4406 High Hill Road. Kevin told R/O that he remove that gravel because it was piled high and people was unable to drive over it or around it. Kevin told R/O that he did move it and placed it under his car patio. R/O advised Kevin that he needed to place the gravel back on the road or the township was going to file theft charges. Kevin agreed to place the gravel back on the road. The township did not want to file charges at this time and they were advised of same. All okay.
