Loni Love reporting that three subjects have been in the bar drinking. One of the subjects proceeded to come behind the bar and
drink liquor from one of the bottles. Loni has told all three subjects they need to leave; however, they are sitting in a small silver car
in the parking lot.
Dispo: Units arrived on scene and located a silver Chevrolet Cobalt (OH Reg GJK1738) parked on the south side of the building
with two occupants inside. The occupants were identified as Dannial W. Campbell (OLN RN622776) and Alicyn M. Campbell
(OLN TR176853). While speaking to the Dannial and Alicyn, there were two open containers of Budweiser Beer in the front center
counsel next to Dannial. When asked who's open containers of beer were in the vehicle, Dannial stated they were his.
Contact was made with Loni inside of the bar and the third subject identified as Timothy D. Roy (OLN RT069410). Loni advised
that she did not want to pursue charges for the theft of the liquor, but did want all parties banned from the bar in future. All were
told they were banned from the establishment and released to Sheila J. Roy (OLN RU090606) who was sober.
Dannial was issued a summons for Open Container in a Motor Vehicle and given a court date of 3/5/2015 at 1PM in Southern

On 03-01-15 The Ohio State Highway Patrol requested assistance in regards to locating subjects that had fled an automobile
accident on Stonecreek Rd. near Joyce Hill Rd. Units responded to the area to assist.
Upon units arrival on scene 2 of the 5 alleged subjects that had fled returned back to the vehicle. Sgt. Bruce Lowery assisted the
Post unit with the 2 subjects and writer and Deputy Anderson searched the area, where the other 3 subjects were reportedly last
seen going to Central Fuel. Writer and Deputy Anderson were assisted by Chris Call an employee of Central Fuel in gaining
access to the property. Units checked the area and located footprints in the snow leading into the wooded area Central Fuel
property. Units followed the footprints and located 3 juveniles hiding in the woods. All 3 juveniles were hand cuffed and identified
as being Dillon Ferguson Age 15, McKenna Clianage Age 14, and Dakota Dye Age 13. All 3 were transported to Union Hospital for
treatment for injuries sustained during the accident. Units learned that Dillon and McKenna both have warrants out of Richland
County for being runaways who have been missing for a week. All 5 juveniles who were involved in the matter were taken to the
Juvenile Attention Center. The Ohio State Highway Patrol is handling all charges pertaining to said case. Beckley/7918

later given permission to leave the residence to get her cell phone repaired and have never returned back home.
Mr. Reynolds advises that Alexis is dating 21-year-old, Dustin Stoll, and there have been constant problems with Alexis staying at
his residence and not returning. Alexis is currently on probation with Rachel Fetty of Juvenile Probation, but does not have a
curfew set by the court.
Alexis was located at 607 Barnhill Rd. with Mr. Stoll. Contact was made with PO Fetty and at her direction, Alexis was arrested

reason and struck Dillon in the face. Sierra states that she was struck in the shoulder and that Christopher busted the window out

his wife (Amanda Martin). Amanda still has items in the trailer. Amanda was never formally evicted from the trailer. Shae was
upset because they had put all of Amanda's stuff in one place but she entered the trailer without her permission and allegedly

On 02-27-15 Leigh Ames the supervisor for the Port Washington Post Office contacted Central Dispatch reporting the possible
theft of a package from the post office. Writer responded and met with Leigh and Rebecca Doane another post office employee at
the post office at 103 S St. Clairsville St. in Port Washington.
Rebecca stated that she had received a package at the post office on 02-26-15 for a village resident. Rebecca stated that she
had scanned the package in and placed it on the shelf, for the resident to pick up. Rebecca stated that the package contained
prescription medication. Rebecca stated that the packaging was all white in color and only had the customers name on same, with
a bar code, and nothing on the package was labeled as being medication. Rebecca recalled the package being on the shelf at
around 9:00 A.M. this morning. Rebecca claimed that after lunch at around 11:15 A.M. workers from a roofing company had came
into the post office, because the building owner had hired the company to hang new ceiling tiles in the building. The subjects for
the company had been doing the work in the office when the package recipient had arrived to pick up the package that had came
in the day earlier that contained medications. Rebecca checked for the package and was not able to locate same.
Writer along with Leigh questioned the 2 subjects who had been working at the office. Both subjects were identified as being
Steven Oliver and Brodie Phillips. Both subjects denied taking the package from the post office.
Writer will complete a report for record as Leigh had contacted her supervisor and the Postal Inspector was going to follow up on
same.

I spoke with Amanda ref. to she was just released from a half way house. Since she has been in the home, she had spoken with
her children on a regular basis. On or about Dec. 26, 2014 her husband stopped all contact between she and the children. Now
that she has been released, she went to the school the children were attending and found that they had been removed and placed
in another school district, which the school would not provide to the mother. Amanda is also reporting the father, Ed Martin will not
answer her calls or let him know where he and the kids are. I explained to her that there is a pending hearing for custody on March
13, 2015. And that I could not order the father of the children to talk to or answer her calls. It was suggested that she contact JFS
or an attorney. Shortly after Amanda left this office, Ed called this office to say that he had moved, had filed for custody of the
children but was not against letting Amanda see the children but the children did not want to see her. He did state that he did not
want her coming to his current home. I suggested that he contact Amanda and speak with her as I was not getting involved in

Post 79 request a unit make contact with a male subject in a red 4x4 truck, who believes he is being followed. Post 79 also
advised they have a unit in en-route.
Dispo: While writer was checking the McDonald's parking lot for the subject, dispatch advised Post 79 was out with him at the
Marathon gas station in Bolivar Village. Writer assisted Sgt. Wolf while he spoke with Jason Bounds of West Virginia who reported
a group of vehicles were following him on the highway. Jason believed these vehicles were following him because of past criminal
cases that occurred out of state and began to talk about other things that didn't make sense. Jason also advised he was on his
way to a family members house in Erie Pennsylvania. After he was ran through leads finding everything checked ok, Post 79
escorted him to the highway. Jason appeared to have some 76 issues.
A short time later Jason called back advising he forgot to get fuel while at the gas station and requested a unit stand by while he
obtained same. Sgt. Wolf and writer arrived back while he obtained fuel before going back on his way to his destination.

I (Deputy Watson) responded to the above address to find East Sparta VFD already on scene. After speaking with them briefly I
made contact with the caller, Ms. Tracey Hein. Ms. Hein reported that her son, Mr. Nick M. Hein (30) suffers from autism and
several other medical conditions. Mr. Hein this evening became loud and starting screaming at his mother. Ms. Hein is also caring
for her fourteen (14) month old granddaughter due to a family emergency. Ms. Hein denies any assaults or other acts of violence
this evening.
I then spoke with Mr. Hein about the events of this evening. Nick reported that his sister (mother of the baby) is having several
problems and the stress of her problems lead his mother and him to have an argument. Nick was able to settle down after
speaking with myself after some time.
Shortly afterward Mrs. Melissa Swofford-Moore and her husband arrived at the home. Mrs. Swofford- Moore and her husband are
care givers / health care providers for persons with Autism and work for Stark Co. MRDD Board. Mrs. Swofford-Moore will take
care of Nick this evening and all parties will follow up with Nick's doctors and the MRDD Board tomorrow.

Perry Township called to report that a subject on High Hill Road has taking the gravel off the road and placed it in his driveway.
The township worker advised that he was spreading gravel on the road when he wasn't able to make it up the hill so he dumped a
pile of gravel on the road and when he came back to clear the pile up and it was gone. The worker noticed that there was a large
pile of the gravel at the residence down the road from where he was. R/O spoke with Kevin Beach who lives at 4406 High Hill
Road. Kevin told R/O that he remove that gravel because it was piled high and people was unable to drive over it or around it.
Kevin told R/O that he did move it and placed it under his car patio. R/O advised Kevin that he needed to place the gravel back on
the road or the township was going to file theft charges. Kevin agreed to place the gravel back on the road. The township did not
want to file charges at this time and they were advised of same. All okay.
