Contact was made with Lori Wright who confirmed Katie's statements about Scott turning off the water and heat (gas) to her
residence.
Written statements were obtained from both parties and Scott was ultimately arrested and incarcerated in the Tuscarawas County

unable to make contact with Garrett; however, others in the area witnessed Garrett voluntarily enter a vehicle with a female
yesterday.
All information was relayed to Ms. Mihal and she advised that she would continue to try to contact Garrett and if she still does not

Dispo: Units arrived on scene to find that 14-year-old, Darienne Fredic-Cox had taken an unknown amount of Meloxican (steroid)
and generic Mucinex. Darienne and 17-year-old, Chayce were the only two present at the residence at the time of the incident.
Darienne was transported to Union ER by Tri-Division EMS.
Upon speaking with Darienne and her mother, Knicci Bernardi, at Union ER, it was determined that Darienne took the pills in an
attempt to hurt herself because she and a friend of hers had gotten into an argument. At this time, Knicci is going to follow up with

Welfare Check - Caller reporting that his mother is using alcohol and Rx type medications around his brother and him.
I (Deputy Watson) arrived on scene and spoke with the caller, Dakota W. Jones (17) about the problems his is having with his
mother, Mrs. Dina A. Jones (OLN: RR355052). Dakota advised that a few days ago he had gotten into pumpkin favored liquor
without his mothers knowledge. Dakota states that once she found out about it, she confronted him. Dakota advised that he has
lost his X-box and other items as part of the punishment. Dakota then advised that he is concerned about his mother's "bad
habits." Dakota claims that Mrs. Jones leaves him and his brother at home while she is out for the evening, drinking alcoholic
beverages while taking her prescription medications.
I spoke with Mrs. Jones who advised that yes she confronted her son about opening and consuming a very small amount of the
pumpkin liquor. Mrs. Jones advised that she has taken away Dakota's X-box and assigned him more chores around the home as
discipline for his actions.
Mrs. Jones did not appear to be under the influence this evening of alcohol and / or drugs. Mrs. Jones denies drinking while using
her medications. Both Mrs. Jones and Dakota were advised of the steps needed to file unruly charges against Dakota if his
behavior does not improve. Dakota was advised to contact this Office again if he feels his mother has been drinking and that he
and his brother are in danger.
Dakota and his brother Hunter (9) appear to be in no danger tonight. Both Mrs. Jones and Dakota denies that any threats or acts
of violence have occurred. I did request take Mrs. Jones be sure that she puts away her medications so that neither son could get
into them.
I spoke with Mr. William Jones via phone (lives in Stark Co) after clearing this call. Mr. Jones was advised of the things that Mrs.
Jones, Dakota, and I spoke about.

On 02-23-15 Central Dispatch received a phone call from a Cindy Brown reporting a narcotics party at 2243 Apartment Dr. Apt F
in Midvale. While making said complaint Cindy also claimed that her son Jay Septer, who was asked to leave the residence a few
nights ago due to a Domestic situation wanted to obtain his personal property from the residence.
Units met with Jay, who claimed that he had been asked to leave the residence a few nights ago due to a domestic incident at
the residence. Jay claimed that his girlfriend, Kristen Amos, who he had been residing with at the residence at been having a party
and Kristen had been reportedly sending him pictures of same via text message. Jay wanted to claim that Kristen and the subjects
that were with her had been doing illegal narcotics.
Units entered the residence with Jay and located Brian Mosher, Kristen, and Madison Lahmers in the residence. Units stood by
while Jay obtained his property from the residence. While standing by units located an empty plastic bag lying on the coffee table
in the living room. The empty bag appeared to have had narcotics in same at one point in time but did not when it was located.
None of the residents could advise what the contents of the baggie were and some denied even seeing the baggie. After Jay
obtained his property he was advised that he needed a court order to obtain anything else from the residence due to some of the

Dispo: Deputy Stocker and K-9 Deputy Creager responded to the residence with Uhrichsville PD's Officer Chaney. K- 9 Deputy
Creager observed Mr. Wease inside the residence through the basement window. Mr. Wease's girlfriend, Kayla D. Draher,
insisted that Mr. Wease was not inside the residence and began conducting herself in a turbulent manor. Mr. Wease finally walked

Upon arrival units spoke with Sheri who advised the following, that between 20:55 and 21:55 hrs. Sheri received 7 phone calls
from her estranged husband Mathew Gearin. Sheri advised that she had filed for a protection order against Mathew on December
10, 2014. Sheri advises that her and Mathew are going through a contentious divorce in Columbiana County, which is also where
she filed for the protection order. However it does not appear that the protection order was ever granted. Sheri does not have any
documentation regarding the protection order other that the filing and no protection order was located in Leads. Sheri advised that
no threats occurred and that she advised Mathew not to call her. Sheri was advised too contact her Attorney on Monday and
apprise them of the phone calls and inquire about the protection order. Sheri advised that Mathew still lives in Columbiana county.

Received a call from Corrections Staff at the Tuscarawas County Jail. The Staff request assistance from a Deputy in the lobby of
the Sheriff's Office with a female who is possible intoxicated awaiting to visit an inmate that is currently incarcerated. R/O
responded to the lobby and spoke with Corrections Staff.
Corrections Staff and R/O found Amanda Greenwalt to be intoxicated and causing problems in the lobby awaiting to visit an
inmate. When confronted Amanda became upset and yelling at Staff an other who were in lobby awaiting inmate visitation.
Amanda attempted to leave the Sheriff's Office without proper clothing for the weather or any transportation back to residence in
the Uhrichsville area. Amanda Greenwalt, D.O.B. 11-1-1990, was arrested and incarcerated in the Tuscarawas County. Amanda
was held on an 8 hours hold, then released with a summons to appear in New Philadelphia Municipal Court. Amanda is charged
with Disorderly Conduct While Intoxicated.

Terri Wanner reporting she found her front window damaged from a small pellet/BB.
I, Deputy Wasielewski arrived at the residence. I spoke with Terri. She stated about 09:00 am on today's date, she noticed her
front bay window damaged. While looking closer, she could see a small silver in color pellet or BB lodged inside of her double
pained window. She stated her and her husband were gone from the residence on February 20, 2015 most of the day into the
evening. She stated she has not heard any gun shots in the area. She has no idea of any suspect(s).
I photographed the damaged window and the small pellet/BB. I could not obtain it for evidence because it is still lodged between
two glass pains and I would cause further damage. The pellet/BB appears to be from a shot gun shell. Unsure if someone shot
from the roadway or across the street from the wooded area. I spoke with two neighbors and they stated they did not hear any gun
shots in the area.
I spoke with the owner of the wooded area across the street, Dave Protaska of 7565 Eberhart Rd NW. He stated he recently has
not given anyone permission to be on his land or is unaware of anyone being on his property in several weeks. He stated he did
not hear any gun shots in the area last night. Report for record at this time, in the event a suspect is determined, I will investigate
for possible criminal charges.

Central Dispatch advised the OSP requested we look for a white truck without a bed that was driving erratically. Truck was last
seen at the 89 MP.
I/O waited in the median before the New Phila exit and shortly thereafter a white truck matching the description passed. I/O was
able to pull in behind the truck as it exited at New Phila and I/O could not see the plate state or expiration.
Truck then proceeded to the Eagle truck stop where I/O pulled in beside the truck and approached the driver. Driver provided I/O
with his Ohio O/L and provided proof of insurance for the truck. The plate was dealer #52 and tag 26 from Turnpike Ford in West
Virginia.
Upon checking the O/L Central Dispatch advised Mr. Curry was under a FRA suspension in Ohio. Citation for same was issued
and Curry called the dealer. Dealer was sending another driver and Curry was to wait with the truck at the truck stop.

While speaking with both parties, it was determined that Heather had recently moved out of the residence and was there tonight to
drop off the children. While together Heather and Jason began arguing over Heather dating another male. When the argument got
loud, Heather exited the residence and sat in her vehicle.
Upon running Jason's information through dispatch, it was determined that he had an active warrant out of Holmes County. Jason
was ultimately arrested and transported to State Route 39 and State Route 93 where he was turn over to the custody of the

approximately an hour before she called. Several family members attempted to locate Connor in a wooded area that he was last
seen walking in and were not successful. Sgt Jones requested assistance from K-9 Deputy Creager and Uhrichsville Police
Department to check the area and possibly track Connor with the help of the K-9. Units searched the area and located Connor
walking on the railroad tracks in Uhrichsville. Sgt. Jones transported Connor to Trinity Hospital to be checked for frostbite, and he
