The old man "Omar Ahmad Koussa", was born in 1947, died as a result
of malnutrition and lack of medical care because of the siege imposed by
the regular army and groups of the Popular Front - General Command
for (599) days, raising the siege victims toll to (168) victim.

The AGPS received news about the death of each of "Jamil Mohammed,"
and "Ismat Ismail," PLA members due to clashes that happened in suburb
of Daraa city, while "Yazan Ramiz Al Dabbagh", from Al Aedein camp in
Homs, also died due to clashes in the town of Al Qatifa in Damascus
suburb.
Bringing the PLA victims toll, in less than 24 hours, to three victims,
while the number of the PLA victims that was documented by the AGPS
has reached (118) victim.
Meanwhile, the young man "Ahmed Mahmoud Taamari" died in Al
Maidan neighborhood in Aleppo after being shot by a stray bullet in the
head, where he was transferred to the hospital, but he died of his injuries.

Medical resources in the Yarmouk camp south of Damascus confirmed to
the AGPS correspondent that jaundice disease has spread recently
among children, women, and elderly people. The jaundice spread due to
the malnutrition, the lack of medical care and general hygiene resulted in
the strict siege imposed on the camp by the Syrian Regular Army and the
PFGC groups for 599 days.
In addition to the prevention of entering urgent food and medical aid for
more than two months, while the water is till cut for 169 days
respectively, and power cut for 679 days.
Meanwhile, sporadic shelling targeted the farms surrounding Khan Al
Shieh camp in Damascus suburb by the forces No. 137, coincided with
heavy explosion sounds that targeted Al Qunaitra town.
The shelling came in light of the continuation of closing all roads linking
the camp and the center of Damascus city except for Zakia-Khan AL
Shieh road that the residents have to go through it despite its risk, as this
road is frequently bombed specially during the afternoon.
The clashes that broke out yesterday in Al Aedein camp in Homs between
the Syrian security and a number of armed groups were stopped. The
clashes broke out after the Syrian security forces implemented a wide
arrest and raid campaign resulted in the death of a security member and
the injury of a number of them while trying to raid a house.
According to a resident, the clashes stopped after the Syrian security
forces arrested a number of the wanted people's families including
women, and after the pressure that was put against the armed groups.
Meanwhile some wanted people surrender to the Syrian security; they
are: Rami Khalil Sohba "Abu Khalil", in his forties originally from
Tarshiha village, Wisam Al Sayed "Abu Mohammed", in his fifties
originally from Safad city, Ahmed Al Shaabi, known as "Abu Al Ghour",
and a young man from the family of Al Amairy, a displaced from
Damascus; the AGPS could not assure his first name.

In the same context, sporadic clashes broke out yesterday at dawn
between the Syrian security forces and a number of armed young men
inside the camp; the clashes continued till the early morning hours.
Furthermore, all streets and lanes of the camp were empty, as all schools,
kindergartens, and shops were closed for fear of renewing the clashes.
The Syrian security forces imposed a siege at the entrances and exits of
the camp in addition to the closure of the three borders and the
prevention of entering vegetable and food cars.
In Aleppo, the Syrian security forces arrested the two Palestinian
refugees Mohammed Derbas, 27 years, and Shehada Meari, 47 years
from Al Nairab camp in Aleppo. It is mentioned that Al Meari joined the
public committees that was formed by the residents of Al Nairab camp to
defend their camp against any attacks, yet, the young man decided to
leave his weapon after the formation of Al Quds brigade that fights
alongside with the Syrian Army outside the camp.

entitled "The Empty Stomach Carnival," aiming to convey the voice of the
Yarmouk besieged residents to the human rights organizations, the
UNRWA, and the concerned parties in order to move seriously and

effectively to end the Yarmouk siege, to save the rest of its residents, and
to neutralize them from the war in Syria.
Numbers and Statistics till 25/2/2015: At least 27933 Palestinian Syrian refugees have reached Europe
during the last 4 years.
 2666 Palestinian refugee victims were documented by the AGPS.
 The Yarmouk Camp: - Siege, imposed by the Regular Army and
PFGC, continued for 599 days respectively. In addition, power
cuts continued for more than 679 days, water was cut for 169 days
respectively. The number of victims due to the siege has reached to
167 victims.
 80,000 Palestinian Syrian refugees escaped from Syria to the
neighboring towns, including 10,687 refugees in Jordan, 51,300 in
Lebanon and 6,000 refugees in Egypt, according to UNRWA
statistics till February 2015.
 Al Husayneyya Camp: - Regular Army is still preventing the
residents of the camp to return back to their houses for 501 days
respectively.
 Al Sbeina Camp: - Regular Army is still preventing the residents of
the camp to return back to their houses for 470 days respectively.
 Handarat Camp: - Residents have left the camp for 672 days after
the Syrian Opposition Groups controlled it.
 Dara’a Camp: - It is now almost 316 days without water and 70%
of its buildings were demolished.
 Jermana, AL Saieda ZAinab, Al Raml, Al Aedein Camps in
Homs and Hamma: - A relatively quiet situation in light of the
economic crises.
 Khan Al Sheih Camp: - Roads linking the camp to the city center
are still closed except for Zakia- Khan Al Sheih road.
