Sopapilla Preparation Instructions
Remove sheet of dough from case. Heat oil in fryer to 375º. Fry each square of thawed sopapilla dough for
45 seconds on one side, turn over and fry for 35 seconds more or until golden brown. Remove from fryer.
Drain. Roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture, powdered sugar, and serve with icing, honey or chocolate sauce! Also
delicious when used to create Empanadas – savory and sweet!
