Add water to bowl. Dissolve yeast into water. 2. Add Yeast Raised Donut Premix. 3. Using a dough hook, mix until developed on speed 2. 4. Rest dough for 10 minutes. 5. Knock dough back & rest a further 10 minutes. 6. Sheet dough out & scale to desired weight. PROOF 7. Proof for approximately 30 minutes (or until double the size) at 65% humidity and 35°C.
