Cover and allow dough to "set" for 20 minutes. NOTE: if dough seems to be a little stiff, a little more than one cup of water may be required. Heat cooking oil (at least 3 " deep) to 375ºF. After dough has set, roll to 1/8" thickness on lightly floured board to 9" x 12" rectangle. Cut into 3" squares with pizza cutter or knife.
