Three great entertainment groups,
Savannah Jack, The Motowners
and Tom Jackson will be performing on the Amphitheater
Stage at this year’s Black Gold
Jubilee Festival.
Opening act Tom Jackson has a

This up-beat One Man show is a
tribute to the sounds of Motown. A
song and dance tribute to the The
Temptations, The Four Tops,
Smokey Robinson, and Marvin
Gaye. The show also includes a tribute to other class soul artist of the
60’s and 70’s.
There is no admission charge to the
Jubilee or for any of the entertainment.

We welcome the award winning Young Singers of the Palm Beaches as our newest Chamber members. Executive Director Beth Clark
and Jody Young have started the ‘Choir in the Glades’ and began
rehearsal in January for 2nd through 5th grade students. The students will be singing at this year’s Black Gold Jubilee as well as a
performance on April 30 at the Dolly Hand Cultural Arts Center.

Chamber Heading Up BBQ Fundraiser To Benefit the
Lawrence E. Will Museum
The Belle Glade Chamber is helping sponsor a sit down or take out
barbecue to help raise money for the Lawrence Will Museum. The
luncheon will be held Tuesday, March 31 at noon at the museum,
(the old library) located at 530 South Main Street in the City Hall
Complex. Tickets are $15 and will include 1/2 a BBQ chicken,
corn on the cob, green beans, a roll and homemade dessert. Tickets
are being sold in advance only. Co-sponsors include the Leadership
Glades, Class of 2015 and the Glades Historical Society. For more
