Step 1
Position the top bracket at desired height and
wrap a bungee cord around the middle of the
bracket to hold it in place temporarily. (Ensure
spring is at the top).
Step 2, 3 & 4
Position the 3 Tamtorque bands around the
column and over the 3 slots of the bracket.
Using the correct tool tighten the bands around
the column until you can see that they are
tensioned correctly. Ensuring the are parallel to
the bracket edge.
Step 5
Remove the bungee from the bracket once the
banding is positioned and tensioned correctly.
Step 6, 7 & 8
Slide banner onto the top arm and fit the arm into
bracket. Ensure the holes on the arm and on the
bracket line up. Place the pin through the hole in
the top bracket and the arm. Secure a cable tie
through the eyelet in the banner and the circular
part of the pin and remove the excess.
Step 9 & 10
To determine where the bottom bracket should
be. Insert the remaining arm into the bottom
pocket of the banner and then into the bracket.
Holding the assembly from the middle of the
banner, hold against the column and mark the
position for the installation of the bottom bracket.

Step 11
Remove the banner and arm from the bottom
bracket.
Step 12, 13, & 14
Install the bottom bracket following steps 1 – 5,
(ensure the spring is at the bottom) Insert bottom
arm into the bracket. Push the arm upwards
to part the 2 sections of the bracket. Insert a
screwdriver/pin between the two sections of the
bracket to keep the bracket held apart and the
arm at an angle upwards.
Step 15
Remove the bottom arm.
Step 16 & 17
Insert bottom arm into the banner sleeve and
then into the bracket.
Step 18, 19 & 20
Push the pole upwards. Remove screwdriver/
pin from the middle of the 2 brackets. Insert pin
through the bracket and cable tie as you did the
upper bracket.
Step 21
The springloaded banner arm is now installed.
You should have the middle of the banner
tensioned down and both edges of the banner
should be slightly loose.
