On February 24, 2015 members of the Uniform Field Operations Division arrested Rita
Gaulin, age 44, of 119 Derry Road, Hudson, New Hampshire for three counts of Unlawful Sale
of a Narcotic Drug, Heroin. Gaulin was arrested as a result of an investigation conducted by the
Narcotics Intelligence Division. The Hudson Police Department assisted in this investigation.
A search warrant was executed at Gaulin's residence and a quantity of Heroin,
Suboxone, and Oxycodone Hydrochloride pills were located within the residence. The
defendant was additionally charged with Possession of Narcotic Drug, Heroin, Possession of
Narcotic Drug, Suboxone, and Possession of Narcotic Drug, Oxycodone Hydrochloride.
Gaulin is being held on $100,000 cash bail pending her arraignment on February 25,
2015 at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
