On March 24, 2015 at approximately 9:00pm, members of the Nashua Police Department’s

party also sustained lacerations to his head and to his chest after Soules struck him with a glass
cup, causing the cup to shatter. Soules also struck the male party with a coat hanger multiple
times. The male subject was released from the hospital with minor injuries.
A Class A Felony is punishable by seven to fifteen years in the State Prison, exclusive of
fines. A Class B Felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines.
Each Class A Misdemeanor is punishable by up to a year in County House of Corrections,
exclusive of fines. Soules is being held on $5,000.00 cash or surety bail at the Nashua Police
