DELEGATE INFORMATION
VENUE – Holywell Park and Burleigh Court are located within Loughborough University and is a 4 Star
Conference Centre and Hotel, offering a variety of double or twin rooms. http://www.burleighcourt.co.uk/hotel-and-spa/our-rooms
Wi-fi is available throughout the venue. Please obtain the code on arrival at reception.

pay on-line or request an invoice. The full delegate rate is £399 including three nights B&B and meals.
Breakfast and evening meals will be at Burleigh Court, except for the gala dinner, which will be at the UK
Space Centre. Lunches will be served in the Exhibition area.
AIR TRAVEL – Burleigh Court is just 8 miles from East Midlands Airport (connect by taxi) and 38 miles
from Birmingham International Airport (connect by train).
BY TRAIN - Loughborough mainline station is located only 3 miles away. Regular intercity services
operate from London St Pancras direct to Loughborough. This service is a 90 minutes journey. Burleigh
Court is ten minutes taxi ride from the station, or 30 minutes using the University Shuttle bus service. For
train times please visit: www.midlandmainline.com
CAR PARKING – is available for delegates and residents at Burleigh Court. Exhibitors will be able to
unload/load at the rear of Holywell Park.
CONFERENCE DRESS CODE – Business casual
CONFERENCE GALA DINNER (Thursday) – The dinner will be held at the UK National Space Centre.
Coaches will depart from and return to Burleigh Court at the times advertised in the final programme. For
those wishing to make their own way, please note that dinner will start at 19.30 promptly. Dress code –
Black tie (optional) or lounge suit.
