Sub.: To verify and update information of teachers in MUHS ONLINE TEACHER DATABASE MUHS is extremely happy to inform to all concerned that MUHS ONLINE TEACHER DATABASE (MUHS OTD) is created by the University in which information of teachers is updated. It will be valuable resource for those seeking teacher's information working at any affiliated Colleges on University website. The University intends to keep certain basic information of teacher's open for general public perusal to bring transparency in the system. Apart from this, various authorities i.e. the Central Council, the State Government, the University or any other agency; seek or call-for teacher's information and therefore the concerned College have to every time fill-up teacher's information in their system to submit it to the concerned authority. Various teacher list format templates, as per respective authority i.e. the Central Council, the State Government, the University, etc. can be created for ready-to-print of Teacher list for submission to the respective authority. To enable ready–to-print Teacher List, the concerned College has to regularly update their teacher's information in the MUHS OTD. They just have to update teacher's information from time-to-time and download teacher list from software and submit it to the respective authority. Based on information furnished by the respective Colleges during inspection of their College for academic year 2014-2015 to the Local Inquiry Committee (LIC) and Teacher's list submitted by the Dean/Principal of the College, teacher's information is updated by the University in the MUHS OTD. Updating of teacher's information in the MUHS OTD is a continuous process and therefore, respective College have to take continuous efforts to keep up-to-date information of their teachers. ''Login Id'' and ''Password'' of the College is already provided by the University to the Dean/Principal and the same shall be used for updating teacher's information. In this regard, you are hereby directed to immediately verify and fill the MUHS OTD completely including Basic Profile, Contact information, Teaching Experience details, PAN Details, Photo, Signature, Research Paper details, Bank Account details, Examinership Experience details, Current Appointment Status, etc. specimen of which is annexed herewith as Appendix-A. List of Teaching Subjects are mentioned in Appendix-B as enclosed herewith. The Dean/Principals are requested to update their concerned database on or before 05/03/2015 and ensure that the information provided therein is complete and correct. University shall assume that the database is appropriately reviewed and updated within the stipulated time period accordingly. Any delay or wrong information may lead to non-consideration of such institute/college/faculty for University assignments. The Dean/Principal/Incharge shall be held responsible for their acts of omissions in this regard. :2: It is also mandatory for the College to nominate one staff on regular-basis to monitor this task on Fortnightly/ Monthly-basis. Name of nominated person shall be furnished to the University in the enclosed format as Appendix-C, which shall be submitted on or before 28.02.2015 to the University on email [email protected] for a single point co-ordination. It is further informed that teacher's, who have been already provided ''Login Id'' and ''Password'' by the University, can update their requisite information in the software which will be further validated by the College. Those teachers who have not received ''Login Id'' and ''Password'' shall approach the Dean/Principal of the College or nominated person by the College for ''Login Id'' and ''Password''. In case, if requisite assistance is not received from the respective college, the concerned teacher can email to the MUHS OTD Cell Co-ordinator on contact details mentioned below clearly specifying their difficulties for necessary action at the University level. Within next working 48 hours ''Login Id'' and ''Password'' will be sent to the respective teacher for profile updating. Updation of Teacher Database will be carried out in three phases: (1) Initial Data Entry at University level (Phase-I) : Phase-I process is already completed by the University. (2) Profile Addition/Removal/Validation/Updation by College and Teacher (PhaseII): Phase-II will be effective from the issuance of this circular upto 05/03/2015. (3) Uploading of Declaration by respective Teacher (Phase-III): Phase-III process will be carried out subsequently and will be informed by the University.
