Eligibility:
Open to all USATT, CTTA or any other ITTF affiliate members. Non-members must join the
USATT to participate any sanctioned events. Membership may be purchased with your entry. You
may be asked to show proof of recent membership if your name is not on the current USATT
listing.
Deadline:
All paid entries received by March 16th will be guaranteed participation. Entries received after
the deadline may be accepted on a space-available basis. Cancellation will only be refunded if
notification is given before March 19th.
Check-in:
Players should check-in as early as possible and should arrive NO LATER than 30 minutes prior
to the starting time for their earliest event. (Note: The venue opens at 9:00am).
Format:

All Singles events are round robin for the first round. Subsequent rounds will be single
elimination. Except for U 2350 Singles based on time





Top 2 players* from each group in the first round will advance to the next round
* Non rated player not allowed to advance
All Doubles events are single elimination.
U-4200 Doubles required at least 4 teams registered
All matches are 11 points best of 5 games, except for the final match of Open Singles, which will
be best of 7 games if players request.
USATT rules and regulations will be enforced.
Event:
Player may be removed from an event at any time should the Tournament Committee decide that
the player is overqualified. The Tournament Committee also reserves the right to cancel any event
if there are insufficient entries. Fees will be refunded for any cancelled events.
Equipment:
Only USATT approved equipment will be used; STIGA tables and white Nittaku three star 40+
Balls will be used.
Ratings:
For event eligibility, the 03/15/2015 USATT web site published ratings will be used. Seeding will
be based on most current ratings.

Directions:
I-90 East/West: Take Exit 11B (148 Ave. SE.)
Go north on 148 Ave. SE; turn right on NE 8th Street.
I-405 South/North: Take NE 8th East Exit.
Go east on N.E. 8th Street; go through the traffic light on 156 Ave. NE
Pass through another traffic light and turn left (at flashing yellow light) onto a narrow, dead-end
road (NE 160 Ave.).
The Center is at the end of the road. (Right behind the “Stone Gardens” Climbers GYM in
Crossroads Mall.)
USATT Membership: Current USATT or other ITTC affiliate membership is required of all participants. The Onetime pass provides USATT membership for this tournament only and is not available to past USATT members.
