Non-members must join the USATT to participate any sanctioned events. Membership may be purchased with your entry. You may be asked to show proof of recent membership if your name is not on the current USATT listing. Deadline: All paid entries received by October 23rd will be guaranteed participation. Entries received after the deadline may be accepted on a space-available basis. Cancellation will only be refunded if notification is given before October 23rd. Check-in: Players should check-in as early as possible and should arrive NO LATER than 30 minutes prior to the starting time for their earliest event. (Note: The venue opens at 9:00am). Format:  All Singles events are round robin for the first round. Subsequent rounds will be single elimination. Except for U 2350 Singles based on time      Top 2 players from each group in the first round will advance to the next round All Doubles events are single elimination. U-4200 Doubles required at least 4 teams registered All matches are 11 points best of 5 games, except for the final match of Open Singles, which will be best of 7 games. USATT rules and regulations will be enforced. Event: Player may be removed from an event at any time should the Tournament Committee decide that the player is overqualified. The Tournament Committee also reserves the right to cancel any event if there are insufficient entries. Fees will be refunded for any cancelled events. Equipment: Only USATT approved equipment will be used; STIGA tables and white Nittaku 3-Star balls will be used. Floors are hard wood. Ratings: For event eligibility, the 10/01/2014 USATT web site published ratings will be used. Seeding will be based on most current ratings.
