Good-Bye and Hello
Next Sunday we say “good-bye” to
Rev. Roger Hanson as our supply minister of music. We are grateful for his
leadership in worship during this time
of transition. Though he has been with
us for just a short time he has been a
great asset to our church. Be sure to
thank him this Wednesday evening
and next Sunday as we say good-bye.
Then the following Sunday, March 8,
we will say “hello” to the Rev. and Mrs.
Matthew Pittman and their son, Liam.
Matthew will be in the office Monday,
March 2, and will lead choir rehearsal
on Wednesday, March 4. As a gesture
of our Hartwell hospitality, let’s stock
the pantry of their new home with an
old fashioned “pounding.” Bring nonperishable items or a gift card to get
them off to a good start. Drop your
items in the “Welcome Matthew” basket at the welcome center or church
office. Also we are in need of volunteers to help unload the moving truck
Saturday, February 28 at 9:00AM,
370 Memorial Dr. (Matt Law’s previous
residence). Thank you.
