Gyuhi is a soft, mochi-like dough made from glutinous rice. It does not harden like mochi
and therefore remains fresh longer. This Gyuhi crepe crafted and cut into 1mm thick
square sheets. They can be used as an ingredient in both Japanese and Western style confectionaries. Let the Gyuhi sheets help you develop new menu ideas by using them in rolling, wrapping or chakin wrapping various fillings.
