Where can I make copies/print?
The On-site Business Service Center, Aria Business Service Center, provides guests with Internet access,
office services and supplies, shipping, and receiving. The Business Service Center is located on the 2nd
Level adjacent to the Aria Convention Center.
Is there an ATM?
ATM terminals handle most nationwide bank cards. In addition, credit card advances may be initiated here and
picked up at the casino cashier with proper valid identification (i.e., passport or driver’s license). ATM terminals
are located throughout the property.
Where is the Welcome Reception being held? At what time?
The Welcome Reception will be held on Monday, March 9, in Bristlecone Ballroom from 5:00 ‒ 6:30 p.m.
Where can I print out my boarding pass?
Guests may print out boarding passes in the Aria Business Services Center located adjacent to the Aria
Convention Center.

When/How do I get my CPE Certificate?
Approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the conference, you will be emailed a copy of your CPE certificate.
How do I earn CPE credits?
Attendees will check themselves into each concurrent session using the check-in icon in their conference mobile
app. Simply open the GAM conference app, click check-in, scan the QR code on the first slide of the presentation
or on the sign in the back of the room. If you are not using the mobile app, please see the room monitor for
assistance with scanning your name badge. Please only check in to one concurrent session at a time. For the
general session, please scan your badge at the auto-scanners located at the back of the room to earn your CPE
credits.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If rooms are requested prior to check-in time, early arrivals will be accommodated as
rooms become available. Should early check-in for your reservation be unavailable, the Aria Bell Desk can store
your luggage at no charge until your room is ready.
Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. If your travel plans necessitate a later checkout, please contact the Front Desk to
check to see if a late checkout is available, either the evening prior to your departure or the morning of your
departure. Should later checkout not be available, the Aria Bell Desk will be happy to hold your luggage for you
until you are ready to depart.
How much does parking cost?
Complimentary valet parking is available at the main porte cochère entrance and at the north entrance. Selfparking is also available on a complimentary basis. Limited parking is available for oversize vehicles. Preferred
parking is available for guests driving alternative-fuel or low-emitting vehicles such as hybrids and electric cars.

Smoking
The Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act prohibits smoking in indoor public spaces. As a result, smoking is not
permitted in the meeting and convention spaces. Additionally, smoking is not permitted in restaurants,
lounges where food is served, hotel lobbies, elevators, guestroom hallways, theaters, arenas, arcades,
retail stores and other indoor public spaces. The casino floor and certain lounges where food is not
served are exempt from this regulation.
Shuttle/ Transportation services
Aria does not have its own shuttles to and from McCarran International Airport. Airport shuttles are
provided by outside companies for approximately $7.00 per person. Visit the airport shuttle website for

Other transportation options include taxis, limousine service, city buses, and the various connecting
trams and walkways between Strip resorts.
Taxis are readily available at both the main and north entrances.
Where do I go to get ground transportation at the airport?
Taxicabs are available on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1 – 4. Airport personnel are
available on the taxi curb to assist passengers. Please note that most taxicabs do not accept credit cards.
Where is the Spa and Fitness Center?
The 81,500-square-foot Spa & Salon at Aria includes 62 treatment rooms, meditation and relaxation
rooms, eucalyptus steam rooms and redwood saunas, a deluxe fitness room, two group exercise studios
and 55 salon service stations, plus massage therapy and skincare treatments from around the world.
Hydrotherapy and tanning rooms, a coed balcony with an outdoor pool, plus a living-room lounge area.

Is there wheelchair access?
The hotel is wheelchair friendly. There are elevators throughout the hotel and convention center.
Standard wheelchairs, motorized wheelchairs, and motorized scooters are available through the Bell
Desk. Please contact the Bell Desk for pricing.
What is the Las Vegas Monorail?
The Las Vegas Monorail is a seven-stop elevated train system that travels along a 3.9-mile route and
connects major hotels and attractions along the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. It enables passengers to

travel the length of the resort corridor in 15 minutes or less in a safe, clean, comfortable, and climatecontrolled environment. With trains arriving every few minutes, passengers are quickly connected to
world-class resorts, hotels and casinos, shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, and the Las Vegas
Convention Center.



Are there public buses?
The DEUCE on The Strip is a 24-hour bus service operated by the Regional Transportation Commission of
Southern Nevada. The DEUCE stops at virtually every hotel and casino along the Las Vegas Strip approximately
every 12 to 15 minutes. Stops, which are located approximately every quarter mile in each direction, are marked
with signs or by bus shelters.
