2. Registration will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Priority will be given to
members requiring an attendance certificate.

4. Registration cannot be deferred to another seminar or be transferred to another person.
5. Refund is subject to a notice of withdrawal reaching [email protected] not less than 3 days
before the date of the seminar.
6. HKIEA reserves the right to change the venue, modify seminar contents, refuse registration or
cancel the seminar.
