Εμείς δεν θέλουμε να χάνουμε καμιά ιδέα, όσο εξωφρενική και παράλογη μπορεί να χαρακτηριστεί με τα σημερινά δεδομένα. Τα δεδομένα αλλάζουν, έτσι μπορεί μια τέτοια ιδέα να είναι απόλυτα λογική και εφικτή στο μέλλον. Έτσι και εμείς κάναμε το κουτί μας μέσα στο οποίο θα βάζουμε όλες τις ιδέες μας χωρίς καμία λογοκρισία. Θα σκεφτόμαστε «έξω από το κουτί» αλλά θα τις αποθηκεύουμε μέσα στο κουτί μας. Η πρακτική άσκηση στο Ευρωπαϊκό Κοινοβούλιο Το Ευρωπαϊκό Κοινοβούλιο παρέχει διάφορες δυνατότητες πρακτικής άσκησης στους κόλπους της Γενικής Γραμματείας του, προκειμένου να προσφέρει ευκαιρίες για επαγγελματική κατάρτιση και για γνωριμία με το ίδιο και έργο του. Πρακτική άσκηση για πτυχιούχους πανεπιστημίου - γενικός τομέας ή τομέας δημοσιογραφίας (Υποτροφίες Schuman) Η πρακτική άσκηση για πτυχιούχους πανεπιστημίου έχει ως σκοπό τη συμπλήρωση των γνώσεων που απέκτησαν κατά τη διάρκεια των σπουδών τους και την εξοικείωση τους με τις δραστηριότητες της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και, ειδικότερα, του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου. Οι περίοδοι άσκησης καλύπτουν τους ακόλουθους τομείς: υποτροφίες Robert Schuman, γενικός τομέας υποτροφίες Robert Schuman, τομέας δημοσιογραφίας. Οι υποψήφιοι για πρακτική άσκηση για πτυχιούχους πανεπιστημίου οφείλουν. να έχουν την ιθαγένεια ενός κράτους μέλους της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης ή μιας υποψήφιας προς ένταξη στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση χώρας, υπό την επιφύλαξη του άρθρου 5, παραγράφου 2, των Εσωτερικών Διατάξεων; να είναι ηλικίας 18 ετών κατά την ημερομηνία έναρξης της πρακτικής άσκησης; να γνωρίζουν άριστα μία από τις επίσημες γλώσσες της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης; να μην έχουν μετάσχει σε άλλη περίοδο πρακτικής άσκησης και να μην έχουν απασχοληθεί επ' αμοιβή για διάστημα μεγαλύτερο των τεσσάρων συνεχών εβδομάδων επιβαρύνοντας τον προϋπολογισμό της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης. Οι υποψήφιοι για τις περιόδους άσκησης Robert Schuman, τομέας δημοσιογραφίας, πρέπει επιπλέον να διαθέτουν ανάλογα επαγγελματικά προσόντα που αποδεικνύονται από δημοσιεύσεις, από τη συμμετοχή τους ως μελών σε ένωση δημοσιογράφων κράτους μέλους της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, ή από την απόκτηση τίτλου δημοσιογραφικής εκπαίδευσης αναγνωριζόμενου στα κράτη μέλη ή στα υποψήφια κράτη μέλη της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης. Η διάρκεια των περιόδων άσκησης είναι πέντε μήνες χωρίς δυνατότητα παράτασης. Ημερομηνίες περιόδων πρακτικής άσκησης και προθεσμίες υποβολής των αιτήσεων Περίοδος υποβολής αίτησης Περίοδος πρακτικής άσκησης 15 Μαρτίου έως 15 Μαΐου (τα μεσάνυχτα) 1 Οκτωβρίου έως 28/29 Φεβρουαρίου Για να υποβάλλετε αίτηση για πρακτική άσκηση, θα πρέπει να πληροίτε τις προϋποθέσεις και να συμπληρώσετε το ηλεκτρονικό έντυπο της αίτησης. Σας συμβουλεύουμε να μην περιμένετε την τελευταία ημέρα της προθεσμίας για την υποβολή της υποψηφιότητάς σας, προκειμένου να αποφευχθεί ο κορεσμός του συστήματος, δεδομένου του μεγάλου αριθμού των υποψηφιοτήτων. Όταν υποβάλετε την ηλεκτρονική αίτηση, πρέπει να συμπληρώσετε κάθε σελίδα της αίτησης μέσα σε 30 λεπτά το πολύ. Σημειώστε ότι, εάν αφήσετε αδρανή την αίτηση υποψηφιότητας για 30 λεπτά, όσα στοιχεία έχουν εισαχθεί θα διαγραφούν. Για τον λόγο αυτό, σας συμβουλεύουμε να διαβάσετε προσεχτικά τις Εσωτερικές διατάξεις σχετικά με τις περιόδους πρακτικής άσκησης και τις επισκέψεις μελέτης στη Γενική Γραμματεία του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου, και τις Συνήθεις Ερωτήσεις, πριν υποβάλετε την ηλεκτρονική σας αίτηση. Για να υποβάλετε την αίτηση υποψηφιότητας στις γενικές διευθύνσεις που ταιριάζουν περισσότερο στο προφίλ σας, μπορείτε να διαβάσετε τις αντίστοιχες περιγραφές επιλέγοντας το εικονίδιο i στην τελευταία σελίδα του έντυπου της αίτησης ή να επισκεφθείτε την ιστοσελίδα της Γενικής Γραμματείας του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου. Δεν είναι δυνατή η πραγματοποίηση αλλαγών στην αίτηση ηλεκτρονικά, η δε συμπλήρωση και υποβολή της αποτελούν ενιαία ενέργεια. Μετά τη συμπλήρωση της αίτησής σας, παρακαλείστε να βεβαιωθείτε ότι είναι πλήρης πριν την υποβολή. Μπορείτε να στείλετε μόνο μία αίτηση για έναν τομέα άσκησης. The 2015 ISS focus theme will be “State Fragmentation, Regional Crises and War Endings.” Theme & Objectives: The continuation of war, terrorist and secessionist movements, and the radicalization of politics in crossnational and regional contexts present pressing and persistent crises to the international system. In some occasions, basic governance and welfare provisions have collapsed. Humanitarian relief has become ever more necessary but increasingly dangerous. Beyond the fragility of state institutions, the viability of 20th century state formations is in serious doubt in certain regions. Conflict resolution and peacebuilding theory and practice face new problems and challenges that require serious reflection and understanding, careful engagement and wellthought action. The purpose of the ISS is to bring together leading academics in the interdisciplinary field of Peace and Conflict Studies with practitioners and postgraduate students who are working in this area. The objective is to develop a corpus of critical knowledge which will influence peacebuilding theory, methodology, ethics and policy, as well as to have a broader impact on one of the key agendas of IR-peacemaking. To this end, the subjects and themes of the summer school will range from peace and conflict theories to policy analysis and field work experiences. This multileveled approach to the problems of peace and conflict studies – from theory to practice – will be channeled into all the various themes and subjects; in this way, the ISS forum will be both broad and deep in scope. Study Areas & Structure: The ISS will focus on a number of areas of study and research that relate to the problems of postconflict peacekeeping like, for example, sustainable development, political economy, social psychology, political theory, sociology, environmental studies, gender and conflict, critical geography, religion, social anthropology, area studies, urban studies and international relations. The structure of the ISS will be critically oriented – as opposed to discipline oriented – for the overarching purpose of: a) debating and discussing a critical research and policy agenda for peace and conflict studies going forward; b) creating a networking environment that will break down many of the isolating walls of contemporary, discipline-centred academia; c) attracting leading figures in the field and researchers interested in sharing ideas across place and discipline; d) responding to the critical question of what type of local, national regional and international political arrangements might be suitable for a postliberal, postcolonial, post-cold war era. Target Group: The ISS seeks to attract reflective research students (MA or PhD), preferably with field experience, working on a broad range of issues pertaining to peace and peacebuilding. The aim is to broaden rather than restrict input and to bring together individuals with different disciplinary backgrounds and professional experiences. Format: The ISS will be taught in intensive morning and afternoon sessions. It will be organized around lectures and seminars led by experts. It will also include roundtables, panels and discussion sessions with scholars and practitioners. Furthermore, fieldtrips will be organized around specific daily topics, while social events will be held to facilitate the discussion of research agendas. One hour each day will be invested for student consultation, while one day will be allocated to students to present their own research work and receive feedback from the teaching faculty. Teaching Faculty: Lectures, seminars, roundtables, panels and discussion sessions will be led by local and international leading scholars and experts. Teaching faculty will be confirmed in January 2015. Location: The ISS will take place in Old Nicosia, the heart of Cyprus’s divided capital, which provides a cozy and vibrant environment, as well as the opportunity for social and cultural entertainment during day and nighttime. Cyprus: The intractable Cyprus Problem provides a useful backdrop to study issues of peace and conflict. Η γλώσσα διδασκαλίας των περισσότερων μεταπτυχιακών προγραμμάτων Μάστερ είναι η ελληνική. Ειδικότερα, το πρόγραμμα έχει ως στόχο τη θεωρητική εμβάθυνση στους τομείς του παιδικού βιβλίου και της παιδικής λογοτεχνίας, του παιδαγωγικού υλικού και των εκπαιδευτικών παιχνιδιών καθώς και στην κατανόηση και στη διαχείριση των σχέσεων ανταγωνισμού, συμπληρωματικότητας ή αλληλεπίδρασης ανάμεσα στο παιδικό βιβλίο – έντυπο και τις νέες τεχνολογίες στο σύγχρονο μαθησιακό και εκπαιδευτικό περιβάλλον. Οι απόφοιτοι του Π.Μ.Σ. θα μπορούν να εργαστούν για την αξιοποίηση του εξωσχολικού βιβλίου στο σχολείο, για την καλλιέργεια της φιλαναγνωσίας, για το σχεδιασμό της παραγωγής και της αξιοποίησης παλαιότερων και νεότερων τύπων παιδαγωγικού υλικού, αλλά και για την αρμονική συνύπαρξη του βιβλίου – εντύπου με τις νέες τεχνολογίες και τη διαθεματική προσέγγιση της γνώσης στην εκπαίδευση. Στο Π.Μ.Σ. γίνονται δεκτοί/ες, πτυχιούχοι Πανεπιστημίων της ημεδαπής και ομοταγών αναγνωρισμένων ιδρυμάτων της αλλοδαπής, καθώς και πτυχιούχοι Τμημάτων Τ.Ε.Ι. συναφούς γνωστικού αντικειμένου. Υποψήφιοι μπορούν να είναι φοιτητές και φοιτήτριες, οι οποίοι/ες αναμένεται να καταστούν πτυχιούχοι/διπλωματούχοι μέχρι το τέλος της περιόδου των εγγραφών (Σεπτέμβριος 2015). Η χρονική διάρκεια για την απονομή του Μ.Δ.Ε. είναι τρία (3) εξάμηνα πλήρους φοίτησης. Για την απόκτηση του Μ.Δ.Ε. απαιτείται: α) η παρακολούθηση και επιτυχής εξέταση σε δώδεκα (12) μαθήματα που διακρίνονται σε έξι (6) μαθήματα κορμού κατά το Α’ εξάμηνο και έξι (6) μαθήματα κατεύθυνσης κατά το Β’ εξάμηνο και β) η εκπόνηση Μεταπτυχιακής Διπλωματικής Εργασίας κατά το Γ’ εξάμηνο. Τα μαθήματα διεξάγονται κατά κύκλους όπου συμπεριλαμβάνονται Σαββατοκύριακα και αργίες. Κατά το ακαδημαϊκό έτος 2015 - 2016 θα εισαχθούν στο Π.Μ.Σ. έως σαράντα (40) μεταπτυχιακοί φοιτητές/τριες, είκοσι (20) ανά κατεύθυνση (λεπτομέρειες στον Κανονισμό Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών που είναι αναρτημένος στην ιστοσελίδα του Π.Μ.Σ.) Here are some tips for you: On this Education UK website, you can search through thousands of scholarships using the Find your UK education tool at the top of this page. Choose 'Scholarships' from the menu, then select your subject area. This tool doesn't list all UK scholarships, but it is an excellent place to start. Demand for scholarships is always greater than supply. To maximise your chances, apply as early as you can. In addition, have a look at the websites for the schools, colleges and universities you are interested in. They may have a scheme that is not listed here. There are a number of scholarship schemes run by governments, charities and other organisations. Ask your Ministry of Education, your local British Council office or your teacher if they know of any schemes for students in your country.
