ST JOHN’S CHURCH
ADULT EDUCATION
LENT
During Lent, there will be Exposition of the
Blessed Sacrament on Tuesdays & Fridays from
9.45am-1.00pm and on Thursday mornings from
7.00-8.00am. Stations of the Cross will take place
in the church on Fridays at 6.30pm and Sundays at
4.30pm. Do consider these devotions as part of
your Lenten preparation for Easter.
The next session is on Thursday 12 March, 7.309.00pm in the Dupuis Centre. The topic for
discussion: ‘Prayer’. Everyone is welcome to
come. Please note that Adult Education is now on
Thursday evenings.
ST JOHN’S CASH BONANZA

presbytery garden on 6 June, 6.00-8.00pm. Limited
tickets remain. For those people that have taken

HOSPITAL VISITING
We are no longer informed of Catholic patients in
the hospital. If you are going into hospital, or know
somebody who is in hospital, and would appreciate
a visit, please let one of the priests know. There are
forms at the back of church to facilitate this.

The list of those who are sick in our parishes has
become out of date. From next weekend, we will
replace the existing list in the newsletter with an
up-to-date list. In order to create the new list, please
let us know of any parishioners who are currently
sick and for whom you would like us to pray.
