About our menu
You will see these symbols beside the name of the dish:
Vegetarian friendly dishes:
These dishes can be cooked without
meat, using tofu, if desired.
Gluten content alert dishes:
These dishes have gluten content
which cannot be omitted.
Dishes with gluten content which can be avoided:
Advise your
server, and we can change our recipe to avoid using some prepared
sauces and ingredients which have gluten content.
Available Heat Levels:
Mild:
Would contain the minimum amount of chillies to make
the dish authentic. Some people may still find this hot .
Medium:
Would contain the normal amount of chillies as if
the dish were made in Thailand, which would give a mild burn to the lips,
with possibly a little facial sweat, depending on your tolerance.
Hot:
Would have enough chillies added to make your face
sweat, and possibly irritate sensitive skin, such as around your eyes.
Sugar or plain rice are good remedies for excessive heat.
-Dishes with no chilli symbol contain no chillies in the recipe.
-Nuts and Seafood products are used extensively in Thai food.
-We have tried to list most main ingredients in our selections, however
we reserve the right to make substitutions due to availability with ingredients listed in our menu.
-Despite the fact that MSG is often used traditionally and liberally in
Thai food, we add none to our dishes or spices which we prepare in our
kitchen.
Table sauces and spices available on request

-We pride ourselves in the authenticity of our products, and make
every effort to use traditional Thai techniques and ingredients in
every dish we prepare, from the way we crush our garlic to the
way we slice our meat. Our chefs are all Thai or Thai trained, and
produce these simple ancient dishes using our modern kitchen following current guidelines.
-Where possible, we try to support local suppliers. There are
many Thai dishes which are not on our menu due to the difficulty in
obtaining the proper ingredients consistently. We grow our own
Thai basil hydroponically, and purchase local produce, when in
season. We are proud to use local Brule Creek flour in our curry
puffs.
-You can also find our Spring Rolls and Pad Thai at the Farmer’s
Market on the CLE grounds every Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm.
We hope you enjoy your meal! We also cater
events both large and small, with on site cooking
