Job Purpose
1.
To support the delivery of regular open access Resilience Lab workshops on a
Wednesday evenings and other sessions as and when needed.
2.
To promote and support delivery of the Resilience Lab workshop and events
across the city.

Job Summary | Youth Support Worker
Delivery
• To support the delivery of regular open access Resilience Lab
workshops on a Wednesday evenings and other sessions as and when
needed.
• To promote and support delivery of the Resilience Lab workshop and
events across the city.
• To monitor all workshops and collect feedback.
• To contribute to the ongoing review of workshop content.
Supervision and CPD

To attend monthly peer supervision and attend any training required.
To keep up to date with research and social policy in the field of child
and adolescent mental health and resilience.
To participate in wider team meetings and events when appropriate.
Other
• To be responsible for ensuring all paper and electronic records are
managed and stored safely at all times.
• To respect and maintain the confidentiality to all OTR clients both
internally and with external agencies.
• To work within the spirit and framework of all OTR policies, governance,
and delivery philosophy, and to keep up to date with relevant training
and professional development, especially in relation to Confidentiality,
Data Protection, Vulnerable Adults, and Child Protection and
Safeguarding.

Experience

theories about resilience and
