Agenda 2014

amasol customer day 2014: ”Panta rhei“
Or with focus on the current situation in IT: Change is the only constant. It is this change that you as an IT manager continuously have to
address. For this reason, the title of the keynote of Steven Guthrie, Senior Advisor at CA, “Business as Usual Will Make You Irrelevant in Three
Years” is not a threat, but a call to actively drive the further development of your corporate IT.
The good news is that nobody today has to start from scratch, but can rely on comprehensive existing concepts, information and experiences. Best example: IT Operations Analytics (ITOA). Based on data and information from various areas such as IT Infrastructure Management
or Application Performance Management ITOA uses “big data” methods that are already established in other user scenarios to enable a
completely new IT Management approach: IT Management 2.0, as Dr. Thomas Mendel calls it in his keynote.
On the next day, a representative of AMADEUS will report as an end-user how the company uses this approach to be able to flexibly address
the changes and requirements of the future. In addition, we are very happy to welcome further top-class speakers from end-user companies
such as Deutsche Telekom, Robert Bosch, BMW and BASF IT.
“Panta rhei“ also applies to amasol. What this means in detail we will tell you at the customer day. You will find further information on the
event and the agenda in this invitation. I look forward to welcoming you at the amasol customer day 2014.
Yours sincerely,
accommodation
