1. Participants will be divided into groups by the coaching team.
2. All participants must have a health insurance. It is recommended, as whenever traveling abroad, that
participants take out personal travel insurance.
3. The organization must be informed if the participant had any
allergies or other health problems, and an accompanying
letter must be submitted.
4. All participants must bring normal practice wear, and female
students are expected to bring Pointe shoes with them.
5. Participants will be supervised during the Summer Course at
the Palucca University of Dance Campus and at the A&O
Hostel Dresden. Participants will not be supervised outdoors
of Palucca University of Dance Campus and outdoors of A&O
Hostel .
6. The organizers will not be held responsible for any damage
or injury, however caused, to any person attending the
course, nor for the loss of any property.
7. Summer School Fees and A&O Hostel Fees will be refund, in
case of cancellation due to any reasons, if cancellation is
made before deadline Summer Course payment (1 month
before the beginning date of Summer Course). After this date,
refund of Summer Course Fees and A&O Hostel Fees will not
be possible. Those Summer Course Fees can be held as
credit for the following year Summer Program.
8. In the event of the participation cancellation for any reasons
during the Summer Course, the organizers reserve the right
to retain all Summer Course Fees and A&O Hostel Fees.
9. The organizer reserves the right to change the teachers in
case of illness or any other unavoidable causes.
10. Photos and Videos taken during the Summer Course are
IBSS property and can be used freely for promotional and
marketing purposes.
11. Confirmation from the Bank regarding the Fees transfer must
be send by Email before the beginning date of the Summer
Course. Please cross:
