This research aims to find out the effectives of suggested Supervised Training programme which responses to the needs Arabic language teachers in Arar town. The research based on the following questions: 1/ What are the training needs of occupational adequacies that Arabic language teachers at secondary stage in Arar need in accordance with the fields of planning, implementation, evaluation, classroom- management, tools and educational techniques. 2/ What is the suggested supervised training programme for Arabic language teachers at Secondary Stage? 3/ there Are differences of statistics indication at level (0.o5) between the averages of adequacy degrees Arabic language teachers at Secondary Stage need in fields of planning, implementing, evaluation, classroom management, techniques and educational equipment each alone and all adequacies before and after applying the programme . 4/ Are there differences which have the same statistics indications between the average degrees of research dimension sample applying to observing card in according to the following changes: (academic qualification, Experience years , and f training courses). The descriptive curriculum and semi-experimental curriculum are used through designing one group of preceding and following measurement . The questionnaire was applied to limit the training needs for all the Arabic language teachers at secondary school in Arar town . The actual number of teachers during the second term in1434 - was (68) the training programme and the observing card were applied on sample class at random to Arabic secondary teachers in Arar.
