Crock Pot Short Ribs Slow Cooker Short Ribs Recipe

Yield: 5 servings from 3 lbs ribs, 7 servings from 4 lbs
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ready in: 9 hours and 15 minutes
Ingredients:
• 1 can Tomato Sauce (8oz)
• 3/4 cup Filtered Water
• 2 Tbs wine or cider vinegar
• 4 Tbs soy sauce
• 4 Lbs beef short ribs
• 1 Large Onion
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, water, vinegar and
soy sauce
2. Put ribs in your slow cooker
3. Slice the onion and place it on top of the ribs
4. Pour the sauce over the onions and ribs
5. Set your slow cooker on low and let it cook for 8 hours
6. Remove ribs, pair with your favorite steamed green
vegetable or a green salad and enjoy!
For thicker gravy: Add some flour or Arrowroot powder that has been mixed
well with cold water.
