Blue Ash Chili is not your typical Cincinnati chili parlor. Since 1969 our premium chili
has been made with the same family recipe, using only premium-quality ingredients.
It’s not too spicy and we serve it Cincinnati-style: cheese coneys, 3, 4, 5 and even
6-ways. Our restaurants have the feel of a small town diner and the dining room and
carryout line are always packed with regulars.
But we don’t just stop with premium chili! Many customers come in for our famous
double-deckers and our specialties. Our menu features something for everyone:
custom burgers, chicken, BBQ and lighter options too. We also serve beer, wine and
cocktails.
